This is a very neat WordPress plugin (currently in Beta) developed by the boffins at Cliconomics. Jared Croslow and his colleagues have come up with a solution to an issue that faces many people online. If you have a subscribers list (and your should!) you want to give them exclusive and valuable content. That’s why they signed up! You also want to send them to your blog to increase visitors and grow your blog community.
But then your content is no longer ‘exclusive’ is it? The world can see it and access it. The plugin that Jared has developed solves this problem by allowing you to ‘cover’ certain parts of your blog content with a little box that tells people that this content is ‘only for subscribers’. This enables you to retain the exclusivity of your content and also encourages visitors to your blog to sign up – to gain the password to access your content.
